ReFounders exists because founders, VCs and angels deserve better options when growth slows, misalignment takes hold and tough decisions start piling up. I’ve been there, and I know the frustration of working with disengaged investors, toxic cap structures, and ‘advisors’ who offer theories instead of solutions.
